Miracles for Satos Rescue (MFSR) rescues dogs (and sometimes cats!) from various desperate situations in Puerto Rico - kill shelters, strays, individual pleas, dogs that were left behind in abandoned homes, etc. Our Founder and President has been rescuing dogs since 2010, but only recently (2021) is rescuing under her own organization, MFSR. MFSR does everything from start to finish - rescue, vet, match dogs with adopters, and arranges transport to the States. Our goal is to rescue as many dogs as possible!
